How to use the calendar
- Pick the days that match what you actually sell. Skip the rest.
- Choose one item for each day and take or find a clear photo of it. The food photo checker tells you if it will work.
- Have the ad ready a week ahead, so it can run in the days before.
The ad ideas name the style that suits each day. The ad ideas guide explains the receipt, ingredient tour and quiz styles with examples.
Where the dates come from
Food days follow National Day Calendar, the usual reference for US “national” days. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas follow US law. International Tea Day is set by the United Nations, International Coffee Day by the International Coffee Organization, and Small Business Saturday by American Express. Each day links to its source.
Days that a single brand moves every year, such as IHOP’s Pancake Day, are left out. The list was last checked on October 4, 2026.
Common questions
Do I have to do something for every day?
No. Two or three well-chosen days a quarter are plenty. Pick the ones where you have something real to show.
Will the calendar update itself?
The download is a one-time copy of the next 12 months. Come back next year for a fresh one.
