How does the free sample work?
Frontreel makes video ads for local businesses from their existing photos. Share your business website and email. We check the available photos and follow up about your sample. You can see an ad for your own business before deciding on the monthly plan. No card and no automatic subscription.
What do I get for $249 a month?
Four new video ads each billing month, with vertical and square versions of each. Your business name, logo, offer and call to action are included, along with two rounds of changes per ad. Unused ads do not carry over to the next month.
Do you post the ads or run my campaigns?
You receive the finished video files. You or your marketing partner post them and manage any paid campaigns. Posting, campaign management and advertising spend are not included in the $249 plan.
How soon will I receive my ads?
For the monthly plan, your first draft is ready within five business days of receiving your brief. The other ads arrive over the billing month. We confirm the schedule with you. Free sample timing is confirmed separately.
Is this AI? Will it still look like my business?
We use AI tools to animate your photos, then we check and edit the result. AI can get details wrong, so you review the ad before using it. We can also make an ad using your photos without AI animation.
What if I don’t have enough website photos?
You can send five to ten phone photos of your products, food or space. They do not need to be professionally shot. Use photos you have permission to use in advertising.
Can I request changes or cancel?
Each ad includes two rounds of changes. If it still is not right, we make a new one instead. Cancel future renewals at any time; your plan stays active through the month you paid for. There are no partial-month refunds. You keep every ad delivered to you.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. Frontreel works remotely with English-speaking local businesses, including businesses in the US. We’re based in Norway. Prices are in US dollars, and everything can be handled through email and your private review page.
